3 Simple Requirements Before You Move Out
We will miss you, but we’ll make it easy when it’s time for you to move out and move forward with your life.
1. You Send Us the Notice Form
Click here to download the Notice to Vacate Form.
This form tells us when you want to leave Ironwood and why. Be sure to check the specific terms on your lease to determine if you’re eligible to vacate.
2. We’ll Inspect the Unit with You
We’ll need you to attend the final inspection with us, so give us a call to schedule it. During the inspection, we’ll check the interior of your home. If there’s any damage, we’ll determine if you owe us any additional fees. Your lease covers standard wear and tear, but anything beyond that may be subject to charges.
3. You Clean the Unit Before You Go
We’ve made a to-do list to help you figure out what you need to clean before leaving.

What if something is damaged?
All homes experience wear and tear over time. We don’t charge for these.
However, if something is damaged and in need of repair or replacement, we’ll have to charge you an additional fee.
How can I schedule an inspection?
Call our office at least 3 days in advance so we can arrange for one of our team members to come to your home.
Why do I have to be home during the inspection?
We need you to be present at the inspection so we can go over everything with you. During the inspection, we can point out areas that will need special attention. We can also tell you if you need to pay for additional charges and answer your questions in person.
