How to Move Into an Ironwood Home

Quiet neighborhood, excellent after-school program. Great events plan for kids to get community together. Yard maintenance, trash/ recycle are part of rent.

For security improvement, I suggest to install a CCTV cameras on every street of Ironwood

My landlord ms Judy does a good job here ironwood mongmong she deserve an ON The Spot Award for good job responding to our complain ASAP

Amazing people in the office, great programs offered within the facilities

I wish the management can find a way to stop non-visitors (not invited by any tenants) from coming in the compound and going around and looking for a chance to steal things from the tenants.

First n foremost, I’d like to thank God for the treatment that Ironwood Estates staff n management have been providing for me and my small family. My family n I moved into Guam Ironwood Estates since 2018 and all we experienced is peaceful n healthy neighborhood, very friendly, polite, a very helpful and caring staff. They’re a professionals. They listen and always willing to help the Ironwood community. We love them and May God bless them and their families.

First of all me and my family feels so safe and comfortable at our own home. Our neighbors are so nice and especially the workers at the center helps us so much for watching our kids during our work hours.
