Perfect place my boys really love

So many times I report mycieling bathroom plenty molds until now not yet remove..

I’ve been living in ironwood going on 3 months & the only thing I don’t like are the stray dogs. I find dog crap in my yard all the time

To have convenient mode of payment like Zelle or credit or debit card payment at the offer or online

I really appreciate the rental price is more affordable than others for the unit size and housing amenities. Please continue to keep this as a consideration.

Only that the new worker miss trin she is so helpful and thoughtful and she has great quality in knowing how to talk with the tenants such as myself and a few others I know...please keep her a d keep up the good job

I feel save in the unit ,and comfortable ,my kids really likes our place

It takes two of three months io cut the grass. My yard use to look nice, but when you cut the grass only once every three months ,the grass gets so long that it produces seeds that turn into weeds.I used to pull the few weeds but now the long grass produces a lot more weeds.Also if you are going to cut the grass once every three months the workers should blow the grass out of the yard.It takes me longer to rake the yard and pick up the grass.

Living in Ironwood is cheaper than other house rental.

The convience fee when paying rental thru resident app is too high. Thoug it is convinient, but at times like these our economy are giving us a hard time.please be more considerate. Thank you

Quiet neighborhood, excellent after-school program. Great events plan for kids to get community together. Yard maintenance, trash/ recycle are part of rent.

For security improvement, I suggest to install a CCTV cameras on every street of Ironwood
