pls provide a back up generator in case of emergency like this time of typhoon.
in times of typhoon and theres no power just right now atleast provide a generator for the tenants. as a back up for the convenience of the people renting in ironwood.

Well, first of all Happy Easter. In reality I don't have any thing to say about where I'm at for I'm satisfied and contempt with the place. The only thing is that I really don't know where all this trash is coming from and I do clean up the area for I stay downstairs. And for Ms.Judy she does an awesome job.

I would like the AC problems resolved sooner.
My unit has been having AC problems since September 2025. It has yet been resolved. The unit is super hot - uncomfortable to take a rest in.

It takes two of three months io cut the grass. My yard use to look nice, but when you cut the grass only once every three months ,the grass gets so long that it produces seeds that turn into weeds.I used to pull the few weeds but now the long grass produces a lot more weeds.Also if you are going to cut the grass once every three months the workers should blow the grass out of the yard.It takes me longer to rake the yard and pick up the grass.

Living in Ironwood is cheaper than other house rental.
