Our biggest accomplishment is ensuring that the children living in Ironwood properties have a better future. We have the IronKids program that runs from 2:30pm to 5:30pm on weekdays. Here, we feed our children with nutritious snacks, help them with their homework, and provide fun activities involving physical exercise, arts and crafts, and values formation.

All Ironwood properties are for rent only. We do not have rent-to-own apartments or units for sale.
How can my family afford to live in an Ironwood apartment?
We ensure that our apartments are reasonably priced. Still, if you need help paying the rent, you can apply for section 8 vouchers, which we accept. You can also talk to us for our flexible payment options.
How do I get an Ironwood home?
First, you need to check that you meet our eligibility requirements. Then you need to see our beautiful units for yourself and apply for it. Finally, you need to move in.
Why are there eligibility requirements?
