Annual Family Income Limits
Your family’s income must not exceed a set limit to apply for an Ironwood home. The number of people in your household determines the maximum income level for our various properties.

Background Check for Safety
To ensure that everyone living in our communities stays safe and happy, we need to do some background checks. This includes a criminal background and credit check. If you need more information, just give us a call.
Section 8 Vouchers
Some families, no matter how big or small, need help with paying some or all of their rent. There’s no shame in this. Ironwood Property Management happily accepts Section 8 vouchers from our tenants.

What if my income changes, can I still stay in an Ironwood home?
If your income increases while you’re already living in one of our homes, then congratulations! You can stay in your current home for as long as you want.
If your income changes negatively, give us a call to discuss how we might be able to help you.
Can I keep a pet while living in Ironwood?
Unfortunately, we cannot welcome pets into our Ironwood apartments. This is a safety measure for all residents.
Why do I have to qualify for an Ironwood rental?
We need to make sure that our affordable units go to families who really need them. That’s why we check each applicant’s income and background.
